BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELED.


1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Available Plans

1.3 Currency

Prices are in USD. Stripe displays equivalent amounts in your local currency at checkout. Currency conversion fees may apply from your financial institution.


2. Free Trial

2.1 Free trials may be offered to new users at our discretion.

2.2 Valid payment information is required to start a trial.

2.3 You will NOT be charged during the trial period.

2.4 If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you will be charged.

2.5 Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends to avoid charges.

2.6 One trial per user/payment method. Abuse may result in account termination.


3. Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details.

By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.


4. Automatic Renewal

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW

4.1 Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

4.2 Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before your billing cycle ends.

4.3 You will be charged the then-current price (which may have changed).

4.4 To prevent renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your billing cycle ends.


5. Price Changes

5.1 We may change prices at any time.

5.2 Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.

5.3 We will notify you at least 30 days before a price increase affects your renewal.

5.4 Continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance. Cancel before renewal to avoid new pricing.


6. How to Cancel

6.1 Online (Recommended)

  1. Go to whatisdish.app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Navigate to AccountBilling
  4. Click "Manage Subscription"
  5. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Confirm cancellation

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Policy

DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF THE SERVICE, SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Response within 5 business days.

7.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.


8. Failed Payments

8.1 If payment fails, we may retry up to 3 times over 14 days.

8.2 You will receive email notifications about failed payments.

8.3 If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be suspended.

8.4 Update your payment method in Account → Billing to restore service.


9. Chargebacks

9.1 Contact us at billing@whatisdish.app BEFORE initiating a chargeback.

9.2 Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

9.3 Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection efforts.


10. Promotional Offers

10.1 Promotions are subject to additional terms.

10.2 Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

10.3 Promotional rates typically renew at regular prices.

10.4 Codes must be entered at checkout; cannot be applied retroactively.


11. Service Changes

11.1 We may modify features at any time.

11.2 Minor changes do not warrant refunds.

11.3 If we materially reduce core features, you may cancel for a prorated refund.

11.4 If the Service is discontinued entirely, active subscribers receive prorated refunds.


12. Taxes

12.1 Prices may be exclusive of taxes.

12.2 Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout based on your location.

12.3 You are responsible for all applicable taxes.


13. Consumer Rights

13.1 EU/EEA Users

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. HOWEVER, by immediately using the Service after purchase, you consent to waive this right once digital content is provided.

If you have NOT accessed paid features, you may withdraw within 14 days by contacting billing@whatisdish.app.

13.2 UK Users

UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

13.3 Other Jurisdictions

Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.


14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for subscription-related claims shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.


15. Governing Law

These Purchase Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.


16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes are notified 30 days in advance. Continued subscription constitutes acceptance.
